How to recharge your Account
To buy a phone number or to send SMS and, in general, to take advantage of DataKnowl
paid Services, you need to add credit to your Account.
To top up your Account is really effortless.
As a first step, log into your DataKnowl Account and click on the Add Funds link [1] in the section titled Your Account.
Choose your preferred payment method:
by clicking on the relevant link (e.g. Credit Card) [2].
Select the top-up amount [3] and click on the Proceed with the payment button [4].
Fill in the required fields [5] and authorize the payment.
Finished! The transaction has been successfully completed [6] ! PayPal payments are usually credited within a few minutes. You will receive a confirmation email [7] shortly. If you encounter any problems, please contact us at support@dataknowl.com
It is always possible to see the current amount of credit in Your Account [8] section.
You can also recharge your Account by wire transfer. If you prefer this payment method, contact us at support@dataknowl.com and we will happily provide you with all the necessary information.
